Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Billing cycles will end according to your selection. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
You are responsible for properly canceling your account with LumifyHQ. We provide a "Cancellation" button in your account settings. Cancellations must be made through your online account. Requests via email will not be honored.
